Let me start out by saying I will try just about any beauty product but typically I'm skeptical. Especially with hair tools and products. I have very thick, course hair with intermittent patches of curl, and wave, and frizz. Letting my hair "air dry" means I am prepared to look like a dress rehearsal for a low budget Exorcist remake. My hair looks good when I'm done with styling, but it takes a lot of work to get it there. Plus I don't like that pin straight look that I get from flat irons. And that what i like about this straightening brush. Here are the highlights of why I think this brush is awesome:1. It heats to 450 degrees but is less damaging to your hair! There it no pulling and tugging (limited breakage) and the infrared technology heats and disperses more effectively so less burning and damage to the shaft of the hair.
2. The infrared technology also stimulates circulation for a healthier scalp. That means healthier, shinier, stronger hair.
3. It straightens even course and curly hair but maintains volume, like a professional blow out. Some time I do take a flat iron or curling iron to the ends to change up the look but I have found that this straightening brush is the tool I go to in the morning.
4. I like the auto shut-off feature. Have you ever been out for the day or evening and panic when you can't recall if you shut your flat iron off? Also it is safer to use because the direct contact to the heating source is limited. Less burns. Safer for younger girls.
5. This really is amazing for all hair types and ethinicities.
6. The technology is cutting edge and top of the line. I don't like badly made merchandise.
7. Adds shine, volume, decreases static, stimulates the scalp, less damage.
